The single If You.. by M / Lee Min-Woo, signed by him on front of the sleeve. What I believe the case is here is that he actually signed this single, but the marker was either almost empty or faded quite a bit so the fan who owned this went over it with a marker, considering the result has some movement. Hence the relatively low price. The rest of the release looks all quite neat. Check the pictures for all details.
