Raging Vendetta (1984) Korean VHS [NTSC] Korea Rare Filipino Film Kriminal
$95.00 $85.50
Quite an obscure find. Seems this one got released as Raging Vendetta in English (dubbed, like this one), if my research is correct it is Kriminal in the Philippines, and filed as such on IMDB (with not too much info). Read on for more specs and info.
Title: Raging Vendetta (1984)
Country of movie: Philippines
Country of VHS release: South Korea
Audio: English (dubbed)
Subtitles: Korean
Format: NTSC
Ex-rental: yes
Condition cassette: decent with some casual sign of use, cut through the front label. Movie image quality is decent, the noisy snow often present comes from the source and not from this tape surface, I noticed it’s like that on an obscure American release as well.
Condition case: less usual original label case in decent condition with some casual sign of use, little chip off the back bottom left corner.
Condition inlay: pretty decent with some touches on some edges, assuming the word raging on the spine was red but faded off, the other colors look quite good though so not sure if it was as red as on front.
Disclaimer on VHS tapes: All video tapes offered are treated as collectibles, with love and care. Cases and cassettes are cleaned before listing them, sometimes the insides of the cassette are also carefully cleaned if necessary. All to offer a mold free, shiny collection of highly collectible Korean video tapes. That having said, most of these tapes are retired rentals and have had an active life in the past. I promised to deliver a clean, well playable tape as described above, but image and sound quality won’t always be as crisp as it was at the time when the tape was released, and I can’t guarantee it will run smoothly until the end of times. Tapes generally come in the cases branded by the label. In general tapes from the VHS heydays are of better quality than the very late releases – in Korea video tapes were released until about 2010, but as the focus shifted to dvd many (not all) labels used cheaper quality cassettes so that’s something to keep in mind if this is an important aspect for you.
