Bit of an obscure one this one. The cover art completely leans on the then new success of actress Yunjin Kim when she broke through with the movie Shiri, even using the title in big print. But this is an older Korean production filmed in New York with both Korean and American actors. Very low budget vibes here, with a plot and genre that is on the edge of a gangster film and erotica.
