Playback quality: in the first phase (first 15~20 minutes or so) there are a couple of short spots where the tape picked up some creases and/or edge wear which can result in moments with slight distortion, but the movie remains well watchable, after it clears up it is a smooth ride for the rest.

Condition case: label branded case with some casual sign of use.
Condition inlay: mild touch of wear at some of the bottom edges, neat and colorful for the rest. They wrongly used the logo with the ‘Dream Warriors’ addition on front, to avoid confusion: this is really the 2nd Elm Street movie.
