There are a couple of Korean prints of this album (with differences in barcode and hype sticker design), check the pictures for all details on this. New factory sealed with hype sticker on the case (so under the seal). Sounds like a piece of plastic is loose inside, so good chance pin(s) of the cd holder broke off, plus some casual sign of handling on the seal itself.
