Playback quality: there are imperfections throughout, sometimes its light interference sometimes heavier distortion, sometimes its clear. An extra deep cleaning could improve the quality but partially could be tape wear as well.
Condition case: original yellow smaller label case with some wear and tear, part of the top edge of the sleeve is ripped off, zoom into the pictures for details.
Condition inlay: some wear at the bottom part of the spine, some wear at some edges. Colors look good.
